Every order is hand-packaged with love and intention from our Las Vegas studio.

Our prices on our items are set to include the price of shipping, which allows us to keep our order minimum of $35 to receive free shipping much lower than other similar sites (which make the order minimum for free shipping either $50, and sometimes $100!). This means that it is in your best interest to get your order to at least $35, since the prices of our items already include shipping coverage.

Order Processing Time

• Standard Processing: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to meticulously pack and ship your order.

• Eco-Conscious Packaging: We prioritize sustainability. 95-98% of our packaging materials are either reused, recyclable, or biodegradable. We guarantee your delicate crystals will be fully protected, or your money back!

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Free US Shipping: We are thrilled to offer fast and reliable FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over $35!

• Shipping Carrier: We utilize either USPS or UPS, depending on the rates at any given time. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package leaves our hands.

• Upgraded Shipping: Need your magic a little sooner? We offer upgraded processing and expedited shipping options at checkout.

• Transit Times: Once your package leaves our hands, standard domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the carrier and your location. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your shipping label is created.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

While we cannot control delays caused by the postal service or extreme weather, your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your tracking information hasn't updated in several days, or if your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please reach out to us. We will do everything in our power to help track it down!
