Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At Elysian Amethyst, your happiness is our absolute priority. We are known for providing the highest quality customer support because we truly believe kindness comes first. We want you to absolutely love the energy of your new pieces. However, we understand that sometimes a stone just doesn't resonate the way you hoped.
Our Standard Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most physical items. If you would like to initiate a return:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Ship the item(s) back within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions of Return
• Please email us first at connect@elysianamethyst.com to initate the return process. We would like to understand the reason, and see if there is anything we can do to help you enjoy the piece you purchased. We will then respond back with our return shipping address you can mail the package back to.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Items must be returned in their original, unmodified condition. Because crystals are fragile, please ensure they are securely wrapped (feel free to reuse our eco-friendly packaging!). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damaged in Transit
We pack our crystals with extreme care, but we know the postal service can occasionally be rough. If your piece arrives damaged:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.
• Please retain all items and packaging, as it may be called in for inspection by the USPS. They will not allow inspection unless all items are accounted for, and the package weighs exactly the same.
• We will immediately work with you to file a claim and arrange a refund or a replacement to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and energetic reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged):
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items purchased on final clearance/sale
