📦 Shipping & Orders (Quick Summary)

• How quickly do you ship orders?

All orders are meticulously packaged with eco-conscious materials and typically ship within 1–3 business days. U.S. orders over $35 ship completely free! Every order includes tracking details and $100 of insurance. If you need your magic rushed, simply select "Expedited Shipping" at checkout, and we will prioritize your order to ship within 24 hours via Priority Mail.

• Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, we gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, provided the shipping label has not yet been created. For your security and to prevent fraud, we can only modify a single factor of a shipping address (like a mistyped zip code) within that 24-hour window. If you need a completely new address, we will ask you to cancel and replace the order. Please message us immediately so we can assist you!

• Do you accept returns?

Yes! Your happiness is our top priority. Unless an item is customized, personalized, or on final sale, we gladly accept returns. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be in their original condition.

• What if my order arrives damaged?

While we pack our delicate crystals with extreme care, the postal service can occasionally be rough. If your piece arrives damaged, please message us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of both the item and the packaging. We will immediately work with you to file an insurance claim and process a replacement or refund—return shipping costs for damaged items are completely covered by us.

• Are the crystals genuine and natural?

Absolutely. All our crystals are hand-selected from trusted suppliers we have thoroughly vetted for authenticity. If a stone has been enhanced (such as heat-treated or titanium-coated), or if it is a lab-grown real stone (like hydro quartz), we will always clearly and proudly disclose it in the product description.

• Where do your crystals come from?

Crystals grow everywhere under the Earth’s surface! Our pieces are sourced globally through long-standing, trustworthy suppliers in South America, China, the Middle East, and the U.S., as well as established ethical brands like Amoystone and JIC Gem. We only partner with suppliers who provide transparency and consistency in their ethical practices.

• Will I receive the exact crystal shown in the photos?

For our unique, one-of-a-kind statement crystals, we always photograph the exact item you will receive. For items where we carry multiples (like tumbled stones or certain jewelry pieces), the photos represent the high quality and color you can expect. We will always clearly state in the product description whether you are buying the exact piece pictured or a wonderfully similar one!

• Are your jewelry findings hypoallergenic?

Yes! Most of our jewelry is meticulously crafted with gold-filled or 925 sterling silver components, which are hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and safe for sensitive skin. If a piece requires a different material for design purposes, it will be clearly noted in the listing.

• How should I care for my crystals and jewelry?

Because every mineral and metal is unique, care instructions vary from piece to piece. Some crystals fade in the sun, while others cannot get wet. We provide detailed, specific care instructions in the expandable "Dimensions & Care" section of every single product page, and we include a physical care card in every package!
